Nitriansky kraj
The Nitrzański land lies in the south – western part of Slovakia. From the south it borders with Hungary, from the north with the Trenczyński land. It included the areas of the Ponitrze region (Ponitrie) and the Naddunajski region (Podunajsko). The main rivers flowing through these territories are Wag, Nitra and Dunaj. The terrains of the Nirzański land are the warmest and the most fertile areas of Slovakia.

The pardubicki land (Pardubicky kraj) lies in the eastern part of the Czech Republic. In the north it borders with Poland. It includes the following tourist regions: the Pardubicko, the Chrudimsko–Hlinecko, the Orlickie Mountains together with the foothills, the Czesko–Morawskie foothills, the Śnieżnik Kłodzki range (Kralicky Sneznik).
