Nitriansky kraj

The Nitrzański land lies in the south – western part of Slovakia. From the south it borders with Hungary, from the north with the Trenczyński land. It included the areas of the Ponitrze region (Ponitrie) and the Naddunajski region (Podunajsko). The main rivers flowing through these territories are Wag, Nitra and Dunaj. The terrains of the Nirzański land are the warmest and the most fertile areas of Slovakia.

Many people consider Prague one of the most beautiful capital cities of Europe. It is situated by the Wełtawa river, almost exactly in the center of Europe. It is located on 9 hills: Letna, Vitkov, Opys, Vetrov, Skalka, Emauzy, Vysehrad, Karlov and Petrin.
