Regulations for reserving accommodations

1. Accommodation reservations may be made through the internet service www.turit.pl This service is run by Family Cup Publishing House (from now on referred to as Turit). In this service www.turit.pl (from now on referred to as portal) Tourist Businessmen's offers are posted.

2. Turit enables its Client to reserve accommodations available through the Tourist Businessman. It is established that there is no binding agreement between the Client and Turit regarding the mediation of accommodation reservations or of the use of those accommodations.

3. In order to make a reservation, the Client has to fill out a form and give all required data, most importantly - name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and so on. The client consents to make this information available to the Tourist Buisnessman.

4.  Turit reserves the right to refuse the Client's  reservation if the information given in the reservation process does not meet the conditions set by Tourit.

5. Payment for the reservation of accommodations should be made at the moment of filling out the form and is required in order to successfully complete the reservation process. Payment for the reservation includes accommodations with or without breakfast depending on which option the Client chooses. For the remaining services the Client is obliged to directly pay the Tourist Businessman upon arrival at the accommodation facilities.

6. At the moment when the Client makes a successful reservation through Tourist Businessman, there is a closed and binding agreement between the Client and the Tourist Businessman in accordance with the reservation conditions and/or the Tourist Businessman's conditions. The client is responsible for making himself/herself familiar with the reservation conditions as well as the provided services through the Tourist Businessman.

7. After completing a reservation, the Client will receive an e-mail with a voucher which he or she is obliged to present to the Tourist Businessman. It is recommended that the Client makes contact with the Tourist Businessman in order to confirm the reservation.

8. If Tourist Businessman denies service or does not confirm a reservation made by the Client  (according to the completed reservation), Turit does not bear responsibility with the Client in this situation. Moreover, Turit does not bear responsibility for the fact that the actual conditions offered by the Tourist Businessman are inadequate or incompatible with the offer posted on the portal. This also refers to any losses (also financial) resulting from the Tourist Businessman's failure to fulfill the conditions of the agreement during the Client's stay in the accommodation facilities.

9. Turit makes every effort that the information given on the portal is precise and current. However, Turit does not bear any responsibility in the case of changing this information through the Tourist Businessman.

10. In a case of cancelling a reservation by the Client, Turit will refund 80 % of the payment. The refund will be deposited in the bank accounts specified by the Client. The Client is responsible to pay the cost of the transferred funds. However, if the Client cancels his or her reservation less than 5 days before the first reserved date then a refund may not be given.

11. Turit reserves the right to change the content of these regulations at any time. The changes become valid on the day of their publishing on the portal.

12. The Client consents to his or her personal data being processed according to an act from August 29, 1997 about the protection of personal data (e.i. Dz. U. Nr 101 from 2002 poz. 926 with later changes).

13. In cases not mentioned In the below regulations Polish law is applied. Any eventual disputes will be settled by the court governing over Turit's province.
